- Bach, Johann Sebastian: Partita on Ach, was soll ich sünder machen, BWV 770
- Schweitzer is of the opinion that Bach may have written the first 8 variations, but the last two are very unlike his style, particularly with regard
to the treatment of the manual changes. It may be that Bach copied the work of one of his pupils. No matter who wrote it, once the gloomy first verse
is acknowledged, it is a sprightly set of variations.

- Walther, Johann Gottfried: Preludio con Fuga d-moll

very short episodes. Registration: Preludio Borstpositiff Gedackt 8' + Floit 4' + Octav 2' + Dulciaen 8' coupled to Manuael
Roerpijp 8' + Spitspijp 4', which is coupled to Pedael Basuin 16'. At Ms. 32 [24/16 meter] BP replaces Dulciaen with Scherp, and is

HW3
- Grigny, Nicolas De: Dialogue (3rd Agnus Dei)
- This dialogue has several levels: the "Récit" vs. the "G.O." Plena, solos on two different cornets, one for the right hand, a different for the left,
and a long "3 manual" echo section which varies each little phrase ever so subtly in ornamentation and articulation, finally ending with full organ
complete with slow descending chromatic pedal line. Not a modern Agnus Dei of weakness and passivity, but one that calls attention to itself.
Indicated registrations:
- Recit Petit Plein Jeu (played on G.O.)
- G.O. Grand choeur leger (includes Positiv Cornet for later use)
- Recit. Cornet in R.H., G.O. flutes
- Positiv Flutes 8+4, G.O. Cornet
- same as 2, but Positiv 8 Flute to simulate Echo
- Grand Jeu with Pedal Bombarde
