A descending minor 7th interval marks the first 3 entrances, though it is never heard again. The Chorale is soloed out against the Full Hinterwerk and
then played entirely on the Hauptwerk (Principal 8' + Viola di Gamba 8' + Rohrfloete 4') with a meandering pedal (Subbas 16' + Violon 8' coupled to
Hauptwerk) which persists to the end.
