Subject emphasizes the upward leap of a fourth, and could be construed as a fanfare, but it is not so grandiose as all that. Played on very gentle
sounds from a subset featuring the Swell (Lieblich Gedackt 8' + Gamba 8' + Gemshorn 4') coupled to the Positiv (Salicional 8' + Prestant 4' + Octave
2') with an independent Pedal (Subbas 16' + Octav Bas 8' + Cello 8' + Burdonant 4').
