Nun freut euch, lieben Christen g'mein Click to Listen, [2:1] (A=465)
Introduction (Hauptwerk: Principal 8' + Octava 4' + Octava 2' + Mixtur 4 Fach) based on opening bars of the Chorale, which is stated in full in the Pedal (Psaunen Bass 16' + Octaven Bass 8'). The dramatic shift to the Hinterwerk (Gedacktes 8' + Rohrfleute 4' + Octava 2') with a softer pedal (Octaven Bass 8') for the repeat and back would be entirely feasible on the original organ with an assistant. Instrument: Gottfried Silbermann Organ, Reinhardtsgrimma / Sachsen, Germany (1731) - Samples by Prof. Helmut Maier

Gar teu'r hat er's erworben.
