The Almand is awash in syncopation and quirky ornamentation. Registration: Pleno, repeat upper 8 with lower 4. Courante I
continues the same techniques but in a 3/4 meter, on a less pervasive scale. Registration: upper 8' coupled to lower 8', repeat lower 8.
Courante II returns to simpler rhythms and sequences for an underplayed conclusion. Registration: lower 8, repeat lower 8' coupled to upper
Laute. Temperament: Kellner.
