Four sections, in four voices: 1) Fugetta in common time with a 1-measure subject (Lower 8 + 4); 2) a variation on the theme in 3/4 time,
ending with a flourish in alla breve (Combination 4' + 8'); 3) continuing the alla breve with an ascending chromatic scale (Combination 8' + 8'),
4) a variation of the first subject (Combination Pleno).
